In this practice we will explore one of Rudy Mettia’s principles, Repetition + 1. Rudy has suggested that we unknowingly, unnoticeably, and with gradual inevitably begin to lose our physical abilities at the periphery of our fullest potential. Through a series of prescribed asana’s we will, through repetition and addition, address and perhaps delay this natural encroachment of father time thus redefining the plateau of our physical lives and hopefully prolonging our physical grace and power well into our later years. The inquiry begins.
